What the report contains
- each active credential: kind, code, status, issue and expiration dates, agency
- the inactive, closed or lapsed credentials on file, by kind
- what was not found, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: state file and date

It is not a document of the State of Connecticut, and does not cover complaints or disciplinary actions.
